FRITZ!Box reports "No connection was established to the online storage. Transfer limit reached."
Files cannot be copied to the online storage. One of the following error messages is displayed in the event log of the FRITZ!Box:
- "No connection was established to the online storage. Transfer limit reached."
- "File transfer to online storage failed. Maximum transfer volume reached. File: [...]"
1 Maximum transfer volume for online storage has been reached
Some providers limit the amount of data that can be transferred each month (for example to 30 GB) or limit the file size (for example 512 MB). In your case, you have either already reached the maximum amount of data allowed by your provider or the file size exceeds the allowed size.
Note:Your online storage provider can provide you with information on the transfer volume.
